These MVP terms describe the product surface in plain language. They are not a full commercial contract.
Use of the service
Ladno provides a status page for a service case between one operator and one customer.
Operators are responsible for the accuracy of case content, customer communication, payment instructions, and delivery details.
Customer actions
Customers can respond through the link only where the operator has exposed a supported action, such as confirm, choose, ask, upload, mark paid, or update contact details.
The link is not a customer account and does not create a long-term portal.
Limits
Ladno does not process payments, provide legal advice, run compliance checks, or replace the operator's own policies.
The product may change during MVP development. If something is unclear, contact the team that shared the link or Ladno support.
