Ladno is a live status link for multi-step service work. It helps an operator show where a case stands and what, if anything, is needed from the customer.
For customers
Open the link the team sent you. You do not need an account or password.
The page can show the current step, what is coming next, payment or file requests, and your own recent response.
If the link is expired or no longer active, ask the team that sent it for a fresh link.
For operators
Use Ladno to share a clear status page instead of answering the same update question in chat.
The operator owns the case contents and the relationship with the customer. Ladno is the status surface, not a replacement for your normal communication channel.
