A customer link can show case status, stage history, next actions, payment state, uploaded file status, and customer-provided contact or delivery details.
The page does not require a customer account, and it should not be posted publicly. Anyone with an active link may be able to open it.
Files and messages
Files, screenshots, and short text updates may be used to operate the case and troubleshoot the service.
Ladno does not turn customer messages into a public profile. The operator remains responsible for what they add to the case.
What is not included
This MVP does not provide customer accounts, compliance-specific workflows, payment processing, or legal record management.
If your case includes sensitive or regulated information, confirm with the operator that this link is the right channel before uploading it.
